Kelly Palace is a former Division 1 Head Swim Coach, US Olympic Trials Swimmer, NCAA D1 All-American, US Masters National and World Record holder in Swimming. Kelly is passionate about masters swimming and masters athletes and also enjoys running and ping pong.  She is a breast cancer survivor, author of the Amazon best-selling book Take Your Mark, LEAD!  Kelly is certified as a health and life coach and has level 4 Swim Coach Certification from ASCA. In 2021 she had 4 FINA World #1 Rankings and 8 USMS #1 National Rankings in Masters swimming. Kelly and Maria are sisters-in-law and best friends. 

Maria Parker is a multiple world record setter in endurance cycling and the winner of the world’s toughest bike race, Race Across America (RAAM). Maria has qualified for and completed the Boston Marathon, several other marathons and triathlons. Maria is new to the sport of masters swimming, while in training for triathlons. She also has a book coming out called, Do Tough which chronicles her RAAM race and the loss of her sister to brain cancer. Maria is a certified life and health coach and CEO of Cruzbike, the fastest and most comfortable recumbent bike on the market. Maria is married to Kelly's brother. Kelly and Maria are sisters-in-law and best friends.
